FOI 3332 Misuse Of Computers
I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 7 October 2011. Please find below the response to your request:
How many members of staff have been found to have inappropriately accessed police information from police computers in the last three financial years?
Please provide as much information as possible about each individual incident including:
- Staff member's job title
- Date of incident
- If anybody accessed information on multiple occasions
- Disciplinary action taken (for instance did they lose their job because of accessing the information?)

Please see the attached table. This shows the number of individuals per case type, you should note that one individual may have been involved in more than one case. Specific recorded information is not held regarding information accessed on multiple occasions.
