Executive and Senior Management Meetings
West Mercia Police is committed to being open and transparent in the way it conducts its business. To allow the public a better understanding of its decision making, the 'open' session minutes of the main force level strategic meetings are provided here for download and viewing.
They contain discussion of key strategic issues under consideration and decisions relating to resource and budgetary matters for the main functions across the organisation. Minutes are published once they have been ratified as correct by the appropriate group.
The 'closed' session of the minutes are not available under this publication scheme. They contain information of a confidential and sensitive nature, e.g. personnel, security matters and commercial interests which are exempted from disclosure to the public under the Freedom of Information Act.

Minutes are available to download in Adobe PDF format free of charge. A paper copy can also be supplied, although reasonable costs may be charged to cover postage and copying if multiple paper copies are requested.
