So that we can deal promptly with your request, please remember to include the following information:

- The information or specific documents you would like to receive
- The way you would like to have the information sent to you - (e.g. CD or DVD, via email, paper copy).
West Mercia does not charge a fee for the first copy of any information but may charge for reasonable costs of reproduction and postage for any subsequent copies. See our list of charges for more information.
