The South Worcestershire policing area serves a population of approximately 290,000 people. There are 19 safer neighbourhood teams supported by teams of response and specialist police officers, police staff and Special Constables. The area command is in Castle Street, Worcester, and is headed by Superintendent Mark Travis.
