We have offices based at each of our five territorial policing units as well as at headquarters, which are usually staffed 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Media Contacts - Outside Of Office Hours
Any urgent media enquiries outside of office hours and at weekends should be directed to the Force Duty Inspector (FDI) on 0300 333 3000.
Our Media Line messaging service is updated 24hours a day about any incidents of note. Reporters are advised to check it for any information they may need before calling the FDI.
The Media Line number can be obtained from the HQ Media Communications Unit during office hours.
