Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a teenage boy in Redditch.

It happened at 3.40pm on Thursday, 4 October.

The victim, a 13-year-old boy, was walking along a pathway near to Fownhope Close, Redditch, when he was approached by a youth on a mountain bike. The youth rode at the victim and fell off his bike. He got up and grabbed the victim around the throat before headbutting him to the face.
