CCTV Released Of Malvern Shop Burglary

The two men caught on CCTVPolice have released an image of two men caught on CCTV when a burglary occurred at a shop in Malvern in October.

The burglary happened in the early hours of Monday 24 October at the One Stop shop on Poolbrook Road. 

A quantity of cash and the CCTV system was stolen, but this was later found and the image of two men recovered.

PC Frances Thorpe of Malvern Police Station said: "This is the best image we have of the two men caught on CCTV, but I am hoping that someone may recognise the clothes they are wearing, particularly the man nearest the camera wearing some kind of scarf or bandana around his neck.

"This was a serious burglary and those who committed it conducted a very untidy search of the store, so if you know who was involved, please get in touch." 

Anyone with information is asked to call Malvern Police Station via the non-emergency police number 101 and quote the reference number 64S 24/10/11. Information can also be passed on anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
