Costume Jewellery Stolen In Shrewsbury Burglary
Police in Shrewsbury have appealed for information after a house in Shrewsbury was burgled while its occupant was away on holiday.
The incident happened between about 11.30am on Saturday 8th September and 3.30pm on Wednesday 12th September 2012, when the victim returned home to Ebnal Road to find she had been broken into.
An untidy search had been made, with drawers and jewellery boxes opened and rifled through. There was also damage to a window, where it is believed the offender or offenders got in.
Several items of costume jewellery were stolen and a forensic examination of the scene has taken place.
