Designer Shirts Stolen In Hollywood Burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Hollywood in which three expensive shirts was stolen.

It happened between 11am and 3.30pm on Friday, 1 June, in Mynors Crescent.

The three designer shirts, worth about £400 in total, were stolen after they were left hanging in a porch for someone to collect.

Detective Constable Tony Flannagan from Bromsgrove CID said: "We understand that there may have been canvassers in the area that day and we would like to hear from any residents who remembers seeing anyone knocking on doors or who may have received a flyer through their door.

"We are eager to hear from anyone who remembers seeing any suspicious activity in the area and would ask them to call us as soon as possible with any information they may have."

Residents are reminded not to leave valuables in sight or in an insecure place, as it only takes a few moments for an opportunist burglar to sneak in and take your belongings.

Witnesses or anyone with information should contact DC Flannagan on 0300 333 3000, quoting incident 371-S-060612, or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
