High Value Burglary From Wyre Piddle Garage
Police are appealing for information about a garage burglary in Wyre Piddle, which happened between 11.30pm on Wednesday, 4 January and 8.30am on Thursday, 5 January.
Thieves forced the garage door of a house in Polar Avenue and took motorcycling equipment - including three off-road motorbikes, four pairs of boots and protective clothing - to the value of nearly £15,000.
A blue Carrera mountain bike and a white Cannondale road bike were also stolen in the incident.
PC Kenneth Hawkins from Pershore police station said: "This is a high value burglary and the young man who owns the bikes is an up-and-coming competitor.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who has seen or has been offered the stolen bikes as pictured on the right. These are: a Kawasaki KX250 YCF in lime green and a Honda CR250 in red.
"The motorcycles have no registration plates on them and a child's blue off-road motorbike was also taken in the burglary, in addition to the two push bikes.
"I would appeal to anyone who is involved in the off-road biking scene and knows the whereabouts of these bikes to call us so we can return them to their owner."
Anyone with information about this incident can call PC Hawkins on 0300 333 3000, quoting 80N 050112, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
