Investigation Into Bromsgrove 'Incident' Closed
Police have closed an investigation into an incident reported in Bromsgrove after establishing that no offences had taken place.
Officers received a report last Tuesday (8 November) about an incident near St Andrew's Church the previous Friday evening (4 November) and that led to a small area of grass being cordoned off at the junction of Lyttleton Avenue and Bishop Hall Crescent.
Detective Chief Inspector Tony Love of West Mercia Police said today (Tuesday, 15 November): "A full and thorough investigation was carried out over several days which concluded that no offences, criminal or otherwise, had taken place. Accordingly, the inquiry has now been closed.
"We would like to thank those people we spoke to during our inquiries for their help and co-operation."
