Kidderminster Teenager Charged With Two Burglaries
A teenage boy has appeared in court today (24 August) charged with carrying out two burglaries in the same road in Kidderminster.
Two properties in Ferguson Drive were targeted within a week of each other.
The first house had two moneyboxes stolen from a windowsill after it was entered via an open ground floor window sometime between 10 and 15 August.
The second house was burgled on 16 August between 9.30am and 3.20pm. A mobile phone and a small amount of cash was stolen from the property, after it was entered through the back door.
A 15-year-old boy from Kidderminster was arrested on 17 August in connection with the burglaries. He was charged with the offences and appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster today, where he was released on conditional bail.
The teenager is due to appear before Kidderminster Youth Court at a later date.
