Market Drayton Man Arrested Following House Burglary

A 32-year-old Market Drayton man has been arrested on suspicion of breaking into a house in the town.

He was arrested by police at an address in Clifford Road at around 5.15am today and taken into custody at Shrewsbury police station.

The man is being questioned about a burglary at a home in Pendrel Close, Buntingsdale during the early hours of Saturday when a  Blackberry mobile phone, a purse and a small amount of foreign currency were stolen.
