Men Charged With Drug Offences – Worcester
Two men have been charged in connection with the supply of Class A drugs in Worcester after a vehicle was stopped by police on the A44 on Tuesday (3 July).
The car was pulled over on Bromyard Road and searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act and officers found a number of individual wraps of heroin and crack cocaine and also a small amount of cannabis.
A search was then made at an address in Malvern where a quantity of drugs - thought to be heroin and cocaine - and more than £4,000 in cash were recovered.
A man in his 50s from Malvern is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court today charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, and the possession of a controlled drug, methadone.
A man in his 20s from Birmingham is also due to appear at the same court today charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin, and also the possession of controlled drugs, heroin and cannabis.
