Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In A4103 Collision, Bransford
Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision in west Worcestershire on Sunday (9 September).
At around 10.20am, a Kawasaki motorbike travelling towards Hereford on the A4103 was in a head-on collision with a Nissan Micra travelling in the opposite direction. It occurred near the temporary road works at Bransford.
The rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to the QE Hospital in Birmingham to be treated for a serious head injury where he remains in a serious but stable condition. The driver of the Micra was treated by paramedics for minor injuries.
Sergeant Tony Bush, who is investigating the collision, said: "We would like to hear from anyone who saw this collision taker place and has not spoken to a police officer, as well as anyone who was on the A4103 on Saturday morning and saw either the Micra or the Kawasaki motorbike driving along the road in the moments before the collision."
