Oswestry Man Charged With Drug Offences
A 26-year-old Oswestry man has been charged with two drugs offences after police carried out a search warrant at a home in the town.
He will appear before Shrewsbury magistrates on August 9 charged with supplying cannabis, a Class B controlled drug and also possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
The charges arise from a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act carried out at a house in Morda Road on May 10. Officers arrested the suspect and seized a quantity of cannabis and more than £1,000.
He has been given police bail pending the court case.
