Police Investigate Barn Fire In Malvern

Police are appealing for witnesses after a fire, which is thought to be suspicious, occurred at a barn premises in the Half Key area of Malvern.

At 6.30am on Tuesday 13 December fire crews were called to a large, ferocious fire at the location. 

A force spokesperson said: "No one was injured, however there were farm animals and horses in adjacent buildings which had to be rescued.  Substantial damage has been caused with serious financial implications."

An investigation is now underway and police are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and saw something suspicious.
