Police Make Drug And Burglary Arrests In South Worcestershire
Three men were arrested in Malvern on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs with intent to supply.
They were taken into custody at an address in Archers Close between 2.50pm and 3.10pm hours on 6 July.
They all remain in custody at South Worcestershire Police headquarters at Castle Street Police Station, Worcester.
In a separate incident, at a second address in Archers Close, Malvern man was arrested on suspicion of burglary at 8.08am today (7 July). He was bailed to return to Worcester Police Station on 11 August.
At 8.17am today, a man was arrested at an address in Pippenfield Close, Worcester on suspicion of possessing Methadone. He was bailed to return to Worcester Police Station on 31 August.
Det. Insp. Jim Fox, of South Worcestershire CID, said: "These arrests - in connection with drugs possession and burglary - demonstrate our on-going activities in tackling these two specific types of offences, which can often be directly linked.
"Drug dealers, burglars and those handling stolen property in the Malvern area should realise that it is not a question of if we knock on their door, but when."
