Prescription Pad And Bottle Of Adrenaline Stolen In Redditch
Police have issued a warning after a nurse's car was broken into in Redditch.
It happened in St Peter's Close between 7.45pm and 8.50pm yesterday evening, Monday 21 November.
The boot of the Ford Fiesta was entered and a medical bag stolen. It contained a blank prescription pad and a bottle of adrenalin.
Pharmacies across the West Midlands region have been given the serial numbers of the stolen prescriptions, so they will be worthless.
The adrenaline like all medication could be dangerous if taken by someone for whom it is not prescribed and without medical supervision, and anyone finding it is urged to hand it in at a hospital, GP surgery or pharmacy, where it can be properly disposed of.
Witnesses or anyone with information are asked to contact West Mercia Police on 0300 333 3000 quoting incident 589-s-211111 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
