Redditch Laptop Theft - Man Charged

Police investigating the theft of a laptop computer from a bus in Redditch have arrested a man.

The Acer laptop, worth £550, was accidentally left on a seat on the Diamond Number 57 bus on Friday 21 October when the owner got off at the bus station at the Kingfisher shopping centre.

A man was arrested yesterday, Wednesday, 7 December, on suspicion of theft and has subsequently been charged. He is due to appear before Redditch magistrates on 20 December.
