Superintendent Adrian Pass

Adrian's career with West Mercia began in 1983 when, after his initial training, he was posted to Worcester. He served in various uniform roles including five years in Force and National Police Training.

After promotion to inspector in 1997 he worked as a uniform inspector in Hereford. He then moved to a role seconded to the National Crime Squad in London.

Adrian was promoted to chief inspector in 2000 and following his return to West Mercia Police he undertook two reviews, one of Force Intelligence and another of Serious Crime.

Promoted to the rank of tempory superintendent in October 2005 and then substantively in September 2006, Adrian became Head of the Safety and Justice Department based at force headquarters. His next role saw him become Superintendent North Worcestershire Division in January 2009.
