Appeal for witnesses after damage to vehicles in Batchley.

West Mercia are appealing for witnesses after two vehicles were damaged in the same location days apart.

The first incident occurred between 0900- 16.45 hours on Tuesday 16 August 2016 at the rear car park behind the shops on Batchley Road, Redditch. The victim's Black Ford Fiesta had been scratched down the length of the driver's side which caused significant damage.

The second Incident occurred between 1400-1700 hours on Wednesday 17th August 2016 where the victim's Blue Peugeot 206 front windscreen had been damaged towards the driver's side.

PC Richard FIELD said "These incidents have caused the victim's some distress and this mindless damage is completely unnecessary. We take all reports of crime seriously and we are currently reviewing CCTV and have stepped up patrols."
