Appeal for witnesses to a burglary in Rubery

West Mercia Police is seeking information following a burglary in Rubery.

It was reported that between the hours of 11.30pm yesterday (8 June) and 2.54am this morning (9 June), unknown offenders have forced entry to a property on Whetty Lane in Rubery.

Two sets of keys have been taken, one for a black Bentley Continental and one for a silver BMW One Series.

After leaving the property, the offenders have taken off in the vehicles. The Bentley has then been involved in a collision with a stationary vehicle on Callowbrook Lane, and the BMW involved in another collision nearby.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed these incidents, or who may have any information that could help with investigations. Please contact 101 quoting incident number 54S of 9 June.
