Police appeal after fatal collision in Pershore, South Worcestershire

Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal road traffic collision on Woollas Hill in Eckington, Pershore.

The incident happened yesterday (Sunday 11 June) at around 5:54pm.

A motorcyclist, a man in his 30s was travelling along Woollas Hill, when his black Kawasaki motorcycle left the road and collided with a tree. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham by air ambulance, but sadly died in hospital.

The man's next of kin and the coroner have both been informed.

Officers investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who witnessed it or saw the vehicle, and the manner in which it was being driven, before the collision occurred.
