Appeal for driver involved in collision in Kidderminster

Police in Kidderminster are appealing for information following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Friday (30 June) afternoon.

It occurred at around 4pm on Blakebrook, near to the junction of Pineridge Drive, where a woman in her 80s was involved in a collision with what is believed to be a dark-coloured car, driven by a young man.

At the time of the incident, the driver stopped to assist the pedestrian and carried on his way when it was believed that there were no injuries sustained. The lady later received medical treatment for an injury to her leg.

Police are urging the driver of the unknown, dark vehicle, or any witnesses, to come forward to help assist with the investigation to ascertain the details of the incident. Should you have any information, please call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident 904S of 30 June.
