Cyclicst found injured on side of road

Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was found injured on the side of the road in Hereford.

The cyclist was found by a member of the public on Saturday, March 31 on the B4224, about a mile outside of Fownhope village, near to Hereford. The cyclist, a 37 year old man, was stood on the side of the road in a dazed state after suffering a head injury.  It is not known how the man came to suffer his injuries and whether he was knocked from his bike.
He received hospital treatment for his injuries and has since been discharged.
Officers are carrying out enquiries and appealing for anyone who was travelling along the B4224 between 11.30am and 12.35pm any may have seen the cyclist.
