    Why are we changing the vetting process?

    A:

    The process of vetting is outdated and has not been updated for over 10 years. It still uses paper and involves duplication in certain areas, this means it is not as quick as it could be. The improvements will eliminate this and provide a much improved system to use and one which enables us to complete applications quicker.

    Will the prices be changing?

    A:

    Will this mean applications are processed quicker?

    A:

    As you are aware we currently have a back log of applications but, we now have a dedicated team who are solely dealing with this backlog. The new way of processing applications is more efficient therefore, the application time should be reduced. However, it will take time to clear the backlog and we will keep you updated on the progress as the team work to reduce this.

    What will I need to do differently from the old paper process and system?

    A:

    The new way of processing applications will mean a user friendly self-service approach as shown at Vetting Process. Further information will be available soon to explain further about what you will need to do differently.

    Do I need to do anything before the system is implemented?

    A:

    At this moment in time no - you should have already been contacted by us to confirm a contact for your company and received an update from us.
