Compensation

You can apply for compensation if you have been physically or mentally injured as a blameless victim of a violent crime in England, Scotland or Wales.

The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) deals with compensation claims made by people who have been physically or mentally injured because they were a blameless victim of a violent crime in England, Scotland or Wales.  CICA us an executive agency, sponsored by the Ministry of Justice.
