CCTV appeal following armed robbery in Alvechurch

West Mercia Police has released CCTV images as part of a continued appeal for information following an armed robbery in Alvechurch.

Officers were called to a supermarket on The Square at around 10.45am on Sunday (1 July).

Enquiries are currently ongoing but officers would like anyone who has information about the incident to come forward.

They are also keen to identify the individuals pictured in the CCTV as they believed they could have important information about the investigation.

Detective Constable Matthew Skelton said: "We are urging the people who were in the supermarket at the time of the incident, as well as those in Alvechurch and the surrounding areas on Sunday at around 10.45pm to get in touch with any information.

"We'd also like to speak to the individuals in the CCTV images. If you are one of the individuals or you recognise them, please call 101. Any information - no matter how small - could be significant to our investigation."
