Appeal for information following assault in Bromsgrove

West Mercia Police is appealing for information following an assault that took place in Breakback Road, Bromsgrove on Sunday 24 June.

At around 5pm, it is reported that two males exited a black Audi, they approached a man in his 20s that was exiting a different vehicle.

The male was assaulted and received several puncture wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment and assessment.

Investigating officers are following a number of lines of enquiry in order to identify those involved and would like to hear from anyone that may have been in the area at the time of the incident.

DC James Lees from West Mercia Police said: "We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen a black Audi in the Bromsgrove area in Sunday 24 June at around 5pm.

"I would also urge anyone who knows who is responsible to please come forward. You can speak to the police directly or remain anonymous by contacting Crimestoppers."

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 584S of 24 June 2018.
