CCTV appeal after assault at a McDonalds in Worcester

Officers investigating an assault in Blackpole, Worcester have released CCTV footage of a man they wish to identify and speak with.

The incident took place at a McDonalds restaurant when a member of staff was assaulted at about 8pm on Sunday (23 September), losing a tooth in the assault. The male suspect was asked to leave after spitting on the floor of the restaurant and he then struck the manager.

Police were called but the suspect left the scene. PC Mark Slade said: "This was a serious assault causing an injury to the manager, and we are keen to talk to the man in the CCTV as soon as possible."
