Outraging public decency incidents in Telford

Police are appealing for information after a report a man has been seen carrying out an act of outraging public decency in Telford.

On Tuesday April 2 police were informed the man had been seen on three occasions over the past two weeks carrying out an act of outraging public decency near to Sandcroft in Sutton Hill.

The man is described as 25 to 35 years old, approximately 5ft 6 to 5ft 9inches tall with short shaved hair. On one occasion he was seen wearing orange work trousers with high visibility stripes and yellow high visibility t-shirt and was carrying a plastic Asda shopping bag and a black holdall. It's believed on the other occasions he had a draw string bag on his shoulders.

He was seen around 6.30pm on Thursday 21 March, around 1.30pm on either Monday 25 March or Tuesday 26 March and around 1.30pm on Tuesday 2 April.

Officers are appealing for information and asking anyone who knows who the man might be, or witnessed the incidents, to get in contact.
