Body found in the River Severn formally identified

A man's body that was found in the River Severn, near to Draycott, Worcester on Monday 1 July has been formally identified.

The man has been formally identified today (Wednesday 3 July)  as 18-year-old Alessandro Frumenzi who entered the water from Sabrina Bridge on Saturday 29 June.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

We ask that the family's privacy be respected at this time.
