Appeal for witnesses to assault in Evesham skate park

Evesham Police Officers are appealing for witnesses of an altercation that occurred at the skate park, Waterside, Evesham, at around 12noon on Monday 5 August.

It is believed that three teenage boys struck a 16-year-old boy at the skate park.
 
The victim was taken to hospital and later released.
 
PC Jack Wright said: "At around 12noon on Monday (5 August) , it is believed that three teenage boys assaulted a 16-year-old boy at the skate park, in Waterside, Evesham.
 
"We are appealing to members of the public that may have been in the area at this time that may have seen an altercation that resulted in a young man being injured. Unfortunately we don't have descriptions of the individuals at this time. We do have a description of the young man that was assaulted who was wearing a distinctive t-shirt that was black with a rainbow National Citizen Service logo across the chest. If you have any information please contact us on 101."
 
Enquiries are currently ongoing but anyone who witnessed the incidents is asked to call police on 101 quoting number 569s 080819 or alternatively Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
