What is the purpose of an IAG?

The aim of an IAG is to improve the quality of policing by acting as a link between your local community and the police.

IAG members advise the police on a range of diverse issues; which helps the police deliver a better service to your local neighbourhood and build trust.

What have IAGs achieved?

IAGs have been integral in providing advice and guidance to the police in many areas including:
