Member Self Service - View your Payslips Online

Online access to financial systems is expected in today's society, and our pension administrators - Kier Workplace Services- can now provide you with the ability to view your pension record online.

The system is available to all our pensioners through Member Self Service (MSS). This is a secure website where you can view your pension record, monthly payslip and annual P60 statement and also lets you inform us of any change of address.

You do not currently receive paper payslips unless your net pay changes by a certain amount from one month to the next. With MSS you will be able to see all of your monthly payslips online.

Please Note: This service is optional, if you do not wish to take advantage of it you do not need to do so and no further action is required.

However if you do wish to sign up for this service you will need to register with Kier Workplace Services by completing the registration form which can be found at:

Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can start the registration process by sending the following information

  1. National Insurance Number
  2. Current address
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Name of the Bank to which your pension is paid (e.g. Barclays Bank - please do not provide Sort Code or Account Number)
  5. Date of retirement
  6. Name of you former Employer
