Heritage Watch aims to help prevent and detect heritage crime in your local area.
Heritage crime is any offence that harms the value of heritage assets such as places of worship, historic buildings, monuments and other culturally and historically significant places.

This activity can damage historic sites beyond repair, or even mean that a prized piece of history is lost forever.
Volunteers visit local heritage sites. You will meet with other community members, record information, and report on any activity that causes concern.
You'll be part of a team of likeminded people who work together to preserve the places of significance that matter most to the community. Our local policing teams can also offer input and guidance. Read about one of our current volunteers.
