I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 17^th April 2019. Please find below the response to your request:

I would like to sought any information relating to a possible hit and run incident that occurred between June and November 2017 along any of the following roads B5071, B5063 A51, A49, A41 between Shawbury and Market Drayton.

The alleged incident took place during the evening hours, that involved a gentleman being knocked off their bike on a country road during the late evening, with an ambulance attended the scene. I'm lead to believe that the person driving the vehicle has been reprimanded following the incident.

Any information in relation to any RTA during this time that involved a bike or motor vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

REPLY:   For the area and time frame specified, there is no record of any injury collisions involving pedal cycles where a vehicle involved has failed to stop.
