I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 24th July and clarification received on 31st July 2019. Please find below the response to your request:
Could you please provide the number of persons who have been held in custody at both Shrewsbury and Telford police station, awaiting appearance at court, in excess of 24 hours from 1st January 2019 to 30th June 2019.
Could you please supply the same information for those being held in excess of 36 hours over the same period.
I would request that you provide both individuals charged and detained and also those individuals detained on a warrant.
