I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 14th October 2019. Please find below the response to your request:
Information relating to the four recorded deaths following police contact in the West Mercia Area in 2017/18 according to the IOPC.
One death is listed as suicide, three more are listed as 'other'.
Where are these deaths listed as taking place?
Were any of these deaths in Worcestershire? And were any of them in Worcester, Malvern, Droitwich, Evesham or other locations in the county?
Reply:-
Of the three other deaths following police contact in West Mercia during 2017/18, two were in Worcestershire – one in Kidderminster and one in Redditch.
