I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 16th April 2021. Please find below the response to your request:
1) For the 2020/21 financial year please state how many juveniles (children aged UNDER 18) you arrested on suspicion of having committed a firearms offence.
2) For the 2020/21 financial year please provide a grid showing the number of arrests for each individual age from 10 to 17 inclusive.
Reply:-
For the 2020/2021 financial year there were 5 arrests of U18’s for firearm offences.
