I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 8th December 2021. Please find below the response to your request:
Clarification: Time period to the calendar year of 2020 and 2021 (1 Jan to 31 Nov).
For Q1b, it should read: "How many of the sex offenders identified in Q1a were placed on reactive management (a decision your force may have based on a risk assessment of the intelligence and lack of offending) while subject to a live court order at any point between 01/01/19 and 31/10/21?
Please can you break down Q1b in terms of the name of the offence(s) these offenders were convicted of/cautioned about, and what the terms/nature of the live court order(s) they were subject to involved."
Please can you answer Q1 for the following time periods: 2019 (calendar year); 2020 (calendar year) and 2021 (1 Jan to 31 Oct).
1) How many individuals who were convicted or cautioned of a sexual offence registered with your force over the requested period? Please provide the year on year breakdown, as well as the total number between 01/01/19 and 31/10/21.
