Yes
Once we get a call for service we’ll either look to deploy if significant or ‘in action’ breach. If it’s not we share with SNT or dedicated COVID staff on LPA’s and pass the responsibility to them.
What is the policy on multiple violations?
Each time an individual is reported for a breach of covid regulations (under any circumstances), the case is reviewed to ensure the offence is made out and then sent to ACRO for processing.
For every individual’s offence the fixed penalty is doubled, i.e. first offence is £200, second is £400 and so on.
We keep track of all those who have received more than one FPN.
