I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 17th February 2021 and clarified on 24th February 2021. Please find below the response to your request:
I would like to request the total number of people fined for driving with unauthorised vehicle modifications within the police force’s area of responsibility in the last year (2020).
Clarification: Would it be possible to receive the number of people fined in relation to the following four offences?
1) Exhausts - The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986,
