I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 27^th July 2021. Please find below the response to your request:

I write to request data on the number of incidents of domestic abuse that were reported to your force during the period of UEFA Euro Championships of 2012 (8 June- 1st July) and 2016 (10 June-10 July).

Reply:-

The below data for 2016 has been provided by looking for the final classification of Domestic Incident and for incidents where the DA tag is applied.

West Mercia Police do not hold incident data for 2012. However, as an alternative we have checked for offences which do go back to 2012. This has been broken down by crimes and crimed incidents.
