Could you please provide me with the number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued for cycling offences, grouped by category (eg riding though a red light, cycling on the pavement) for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Could you also tell me what the financial penalty is for a Fixed Penalty Notice for each of those years?
