Within the last 12 months have any motorists received a speeding fine or conviction within the Wythall area as a result of mobile speed checks apart from those dealt with by the community speed van on Alcester Road near White Swan. Are the current TRO’s in place within Wythall legally enforceable?

There have been 8 incidents where motorists have received a speeding fine or conviction in the Wythall area.
All current TRO’s in place are legally enforceable.
