I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 7 September 2021. Please find below the response to your request:

 

I would like to be provided with the following information regarding electric vehicles:

 

1) How many electric vehicles are currently in your fleet?

 

2) How many vehicles (both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles) in total make up your fleet?

 

3) Please share any plans to acquire more electric vehicles

 

 

Reply:-

 

Q1: 5 Electric vehicles and 2 Hybrid Electric vehicles – Total 7

 

Q2: 746 vehicles

 

Q3: West Mercia Police, as part of their business planning process, have a strategy for the full implementation of an electric fleet before the Government deadline of 2030.
