Clarification:
I am looking for information on time to deploy resource.
Could you provide the following information:

Please provide annual data for each of the last seven calendar years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Reply:-
West Mercia Police holds some of the information you have requested. Please note that these results are based on the final incident grade and the incident may have been regraded multiple times while open.
|
Grade 1 - Longest 999 call Incident created to first unit arrival time (dd hh:mm:ss) |
|
2012 23:06:16 |
|
Grade 2 - Longest 999 call Incident created to first unit arrival time (dd hh:mm:ss) |
|
2008 23:08:07 |
All 999 calls are classed as Grade 1 unless they are downgraded once THRIVE assessment is applied. The majority of Grade 2 and lower prioritised calls come via 101.
Also please be advised that there could be data quality issues as some records had blank or minus arrival times
Please note Incidents over 7 years old are weeded off the system and as such we are unable to provide data before 10/05/2015.
Please note ‘Incident Attended’ data is not recorded between the dates of 02/07/2020 – 10/03/2022 due to a system change.
Immediate Response (Grade 1) –
