Since 1/1/2016 has West Mercia force been taken to court by any individual over the Force’s handling of Child Sexual Exploitation?
If so, what were the outcomes?
Has any Chief Constable of West Mercia been taken to court over the Force’s handling of Child Sexual Exploitation?
If so, what were the outcomes?

Since 2016 there has been one civil case. An out of court settlement was reached and compensation paid.
